Worst tree ever

The fiber optic lights are not bright at all. Customer service stinks ...no reply to emails and the return policy is the worst ever because they no the trees are not good.

WE PURCHASED ONE OF THEIR TREES AND IT HAS BEEN A FALL APART TREE NOT A STAY TOGETHER TREE. YOU WOULD THINK PAYING $400 FOR A TREE IT WOULD LAST YOU FOR YEARS AND NOT FALL APART. THIS TREE MAY BE WORTH $100 . MY HUSBAND HAD A FIT FOR A FIBER OPTIC TREE AFTER ALL THESE YEARS OF HAVING LIVE TREES. WELL THIS ONE WAS BOUGHT AND IT HAS BEEN A NIGHT MARE. THE LIMBS ARE COMING APART AND THE CALL LINE IS A JOKE IT JUST STAYS BUSY AND THAT TELLS ME SOMEONE IS GOT IT OFF THE HOOK OR THEY JUST WANT YOU TO THINK THEY ARE ANSWERING CALLS. WORST TREE EVER . AS YOU CAN SEE THE WRAPPING JUST COMES APART AND THE LIMBS ARE ALL COMING APART. REALLY AFTER $400 YOU'D EXPECT MORE

No one is answering the phone

February 21 2018 I have a motor that needs to be replace. Okay I am a little worried about this company. I bought this tree 10 22 2015, every year I have had to buy a new electric motor, because it has this ticking sound first and then it stops and when it stops the tree is not working. I have the original order form 900-**** I have been part invoice somewhere I'll have to look it up I see if I can find it. I know when I did business with them before it they did a tracking on what I said and I could hear replay back to me. I don't know if this is the same thing are this is the way I need to order my part, but it's a beautiful tree I get lots of compliments and I hope to do business with these people who own this business okay my name is Pam and my email is on this letter I hope that you can help me please. I ordered a set of hats from hat dude and was instructed to return the hats to this company within 5 days of receiving the order if I didn't lime them and I did. I have returned the hats following the instructions that's on the website and I haven't received my refund and its been a week!!!!!! Now their phone seems to be disconnected!!!!!!!!!!

Worst artifical tree ever!

I ordered their 5 foot tree early May 2015, received late August 2015. Just opened the box a week ago and what a complete let down. There are at least 6 LED lights that don't light and one of the tips totally unraveled and fell off. That's $169 down the drain. I didn't even get any shipping information when I received it, I should have known then. This is the last time that I will ever order anything from this company again. I don't think they'd even bother answering any correspondence, let alone refunding my money. Jeanne Welker

BAD X-MAS WORST TREE

We lost everything including two beloved pets in a house fire, so needed to replace fiber optic x-mas. Ordered one from ASA Interner LLC in Bend, OR. Was horified by the construction of tree for the price paid. Cellophane for needles? I sent back within five days, which was December 16, signature required. Now here it is March 12 can't find tree no refund. What kind of company is this? Post office is investigating where the tree is and why it did not get returned. We spent over $300. on something that we thought was going to make our grandchildren and ourselves feel a little like normal again after our devestating year. I hope they get whats coming to them as far as Karma. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Artificial-christmas-tree.com did not honor return promise

November/December 2010 I took a chance and ordered an LED lighted artificial Christmas tree online because the company promised a refund if not satisfied. The lights were fine but the tree was terrible - straight limbs with flat celophane-like "needles". So I followed all the instructions and shipped it back. That was over a month ago and I have not heard anything from them. No answers to emails or phone messages. The company name is ASA Internet and also has many other sites like Artificial-Christmas-Tree.com LEDtrees.com and HatDude.com. Although they were very communicative prior to shipping the tree to me, they stopped communicating once I wanted to return the product.

I have had the same problem with this company. I ordered a new tree right after Christmas because it was on sale and they gave free shipping.

When I received the tree, it was as described in the prior complaint and was really tacky. There were no instructions on how to put it together and I couldn't even get it to stand up in the stand provided with the tree. I immediately e-mailed the company and asked for instructions on returning the tree. They did not respond.

A few days later, I got the telephone number from PayPal - because that's how I paid for the tree - and I called them. I got an answering machine and left a message, but did not get a return call. I finally filed a dispute with PayPal - after a week there was no response, so I escalated my dispute to a claim. On the last day that PayPal allowed for them to respond, they offered me a partial refund, even though I had already shipped the tree back and paid 100% of the return shipping at a cost of $43.00.

I refused the partial refund and asked for 100% of my money back because they had offered the free shipping.

To date, there has been no further response from ASA. Do not do business with this company if you expect any kind of decent customer service.
